Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to. It may take up to 5 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Exchanges and Shipping
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged, send us an email at office@homeopharma.ro.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for any exchanges.
